| The truth about Jan
Eggenfellner:
These informations are
for all those Experimental builders who are interested in an Eggenfellner Subaru
conversion for experimental aircrafts.
I ordered a
Eggenfellner 3,0 Turbo engine with the full fwf kit in February of 2007.
Included was the 4
–blade constant speed propeller and controller.
I payed the full kit in
march 2007. He gave me a delivery date in April 2007.
Main reason for this
engine was the use of cargas. He told and wrote me that this is possible!
After endless e-mail
sessions he forced me to sign and declare in presence of a notary a document
that makes him sacrosanct (If somebody wants to read it, contact me per mail
please).
He delivered in January
of 2008 with the information that cargas is impossible for this
engine!
Not included in the
crate was the controller of the propeller.
Later he told me to
send the propeller back to the manufacturer in Italy to do an upgrade.
In Italy he blocked the
upgrade because tests have to be made first.
These tests are not
done until today.
A part of the e-mail
correspondence can you read here:
I do not ever
want to hear from you again. Please have your engine picked up asap
Jan 13.12.2007

you a picture of the mount, then If i get any more threats, no more emails
Jan 5.12.2007
I do not
communicate with anyone threatening with attorney so this is my last email to
you, forever. Do not write because I will not read them.
Jan 30.6.08
I have a delay in the
building process of half a year due to Eggenfellner and still no end in sight.
Take these infos and
make your own opinion of such a business man.
